IPMAN attributes Sokoto fuel scarcity to unpaid claims

25 January 2017, Sokoto — The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), Sokoto state branch has attributed the current fuel scarcity in the state to unpaid claims.
